HJ: Just as crystals and water carry a very real and potentially powerful energy, so too does our food. In fact, different foods have profoundly different energies and effects on the mind-body-spirit triad. This energy is subtle and takes practice and the development of refined senses to fully appreciate. However, even though most are not aware of the energy of food at this level, it still massively affects ones consciousness, as we are constantly eating and so consuming large amounts of it daily. Those whose energy field is clouded through the use of drugs, alcohol, or the consumption of highly processed and refined foods will have difficulty tuning into the subtle energy of food.
It is an amazing feeling to literally get ‘high’ or euphoric from the consumption of high vibrational, pure foods. When one has reached this level of sensitivity (and even before this), we can begin to learn which foods are beneficial or harmful for us by monitoring how we feel after we eat them. This liberates us from reliance on doctors and dogmatic dietary systems based on general scientific data which is not individualized for unique body types and specific energetic needs. As I have learned to tune into the subtle energy of food, I was able to use my intuition to develop a dietary system that flies in the face of accepted ‘dietary dogma’, yet has produced incredibly powerful and real positive effects on my health. I will be publishing these findings shortly and they will indeed be eye opening for many who are unable to see outside of established dietary paradigms.
Anyways, I cannot encourage one enough to learn to tune in to their food. It will radically alter your health and consciousness in a profound way.

Making meals magical.

Your food carries spiritual healing power.
SIMPLY PUT, food is much more than, well, just food. It’s surprising, but it’s true: you really can eat your way to a deliciously enlightened life! When we think of a spiritual path, we often envision meditation, yoga, fasting, chanting, or prayer. We don’t usually consider our everyday meals as a potential gateway to mystical transformation. Yet the food you eat and your approach to it can be one of the most powerful pathways to spiritual renewal. Plus, it can be fun and delicious! You may be surprised to learn that your food absorbs and transmits consciousness . . . and the subtle energies in your meals can profoundly influence your entire life.
When you take the time to tune in and connect with the vast array of energy fields within your meal, magic happens. Suddenly you’re no longer contained by the confines of your identity and your physical body. You enter into the awareness that you’re not separate from the universe. Each item of food you ingest can be a key that opens doors of perception and connection. As you shift your awareness to merge with the energy of a mango grown in Hawaii, for example, you’ll inhale the sunshine and ocean breezes. With each bite, you can intimately connect to the moist tropical rains and be grounded by the red, iron-rich soil in which the tree’s roots grew. By melding with the consciousness of the mango, you expand your “sense of self” beyond the boundaries of time and space to encompass not just your limited surroundings (of your apartment, for example), but also it can allow you to become more of a cosmic citizen, connected with the greater universe.
“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” – Albert Einstein
Tapping into the sacred power of your food starts with understanding the nature of the universe. When Einstein said that there was no matter . . . only energy vibration . . . he reflected the sentiments of metaphysicians and shamans throughout the ages, who speak about the world around us consisting of vibrating, pulsating energy fields. From both a mystical and scientific point of view, everything is comprised of energy. Famed inventor and developer of the theory of electromagnetism, Nikola Tesla, said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
Your food is indeed composed of undulating energy fields that can profoundly impact your life. Many people view their physical body as a static biological entity. However, in reality, your body is a vibrating, intelligent force field of energy that’s constantly transforming and renewing itself. When the viable energies of your food interface with the energy flows of your physical form, it allows you to step into a higher level of spiritual frequency. (But only if you understand how to attune to those fields; this is one of the secret recipes for savoring your life.)
Not only does your food consist of “energy, frequency, and vibration,” but its energy is also always in motion. Beneath the surface of that red apple on your kitchen counter or the buttered toast on your breakfast table exists a river of energy force fields that swirl into form, dissolve, and coalesce once again. All life is energy, and in every moment, we’re immersed in a great ocean of it. It’s constantly ebbing and flowing in constant, ever-changing currents that pulsate through time and space. In every morsel of food you eat, there’s an infinite, yet patterned, timeless cosmic order of waves of pulsating electrons that spiral in and out of existence, which have a profound impact on your body and on your life.

In our Western culture, the challenge is the belief that we’re separate from the world around us. In our dash for technology, we’ve forgotten that we’re connected with a living, pulsating universe—a universe that sings with life and resonates with spirit. This idea that we exist independently from our environment is an illusion; for in truth, there’s nothing out there that is not you. Our ancient ancestors throughout the world understood this. Their worldview was that none of us exists separate from the entirety of the world. The understanding that you’re not separate from the energy of your food (or the world around you) allows you to step into the realm in which everything has consciousness, including your food. You then discover how to interface with the soul of the meals that you eat . . . which can be a profound and majestic experience.
